Senior Structural Engineer - Global projects for this International firm.
We are delighted to be recruiting this role for one of our key clients and an industry leading Structural Engineering firm.
You will be joining an established Global market leader in Structural Engineering competing for high end $1Billion plus projects. They are regarded as a Top 3 Australian Structural Firm working from Sydney on the Structural Design of iconic Local and International projects. This includes some of The World's tallest buildings and a significant number of highly complex and technically advanced Buildings.

As a locally experienced Structural Engineer you will be expected to work successfully in the structural design of projects up to $500M. You may also get the opportunity to participate in the complex lateral analysis of Major High rise Building projects being performed by various overseas offices.
The successful candidate will have:
- 6 years + of post graduate professional experience as a Structural Engineer from a consultancy/design background IN SYDNEY.
- Experience in the Structural design of commercial, industrial, high-rise, education and health care buildings. NOTE: An Oil and Gas / Resources or Heavy Industrial background is not suitable for this role.
- Experience in the design of structural steel, reinforced concrete and PT concrete design being a distinct advantage.
- Strong practical and technical ability including concept design experience.
- Ability to project manage delivery of structural design packages.
- Thorough knowledge of Australian Building Codes and Standards through practical design implementation on BUILDING STRUCTURES DESIGN PROJECTS.
- Solid ability in the use of structural software packages such as Strand7, Microstran, RAPT, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A salary package up to $140,000 is on offer. Further industry training and development will be provided.
