I have an exciting opportunity for a capable site engineer to join Australia's No.1 High density residential builder/developer. It is important you have a strong appreciation for multi-storey building structures design and construction, a civil engineering degree and at least 2 years' relevant experience in Sydney.

About the Role;

• OH&S, Risk Management
• Documentation, Defining Scope of Work
• Programming, Scheduling, Coordinating & Implementation
• Procurement, Tendering & Tender Analysis
• Stakeholder & Contract Management
• Budgeting and Financial Management
• Client Satisfaction & Project Delivery

About You;

• Tertiary qualifications (Civil Engineering degree)
• 2+ years post grad experience (site engineer >$10M).
• Understanding of design and construction processes
• Confident and proactive in dealing with clients, contractors and building issues daily
• Proven high calibre project report writing skills
• Experience in the preparation of development programmes & construction programming/status reporting may be highly regarded
• Minimum 2 years Australian experience in a Consultancy or Head Contractor role (NSW preferred)
