They are seeking a professional Senior Project Manager to join the team working across their Health sector.

What are your operational responsibilities?

As the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee newly awarded projects. Your typical activities and responsibilities will consist of:

• Assist the Business Unit Principal, Associate Directors and State Sector Leaders in the preparation of tenders, expressions of interest and panel registrations.
• Oversee the delivery of projects on behalf of your client and manage the progress of the main contractor.
• Reporting on financial and construction milestones to senior management
• Key senior point of contact for your client and consultants.
• Take an active role in the identification of new clients and opportunities through attending networking functions and ongoing liaison with key clients.
• Accountable for multiple projects from inception through to implementation
• Deliver high quality solutions within program and cost controls
• Actively manage risks
• Management of contracts, contract administration and financial reporting
• Regular PCG reporting
• Add value to projects and make a difference to the outcome

Do you have what it takes?

To be considered for this role you must have proven experience working as a Client-Side or Head Contractor Project Manager managing multimillion dollar Health projects. You will be managing projects valued in excess of $100M so your application must clearly demonstrate your ability to deliver on such large-scale developments.

You must also be NSW based and possess tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering (Civil/ Structural) or Architecture. Demonstrated longevity with a previous employer will be viewed favourably.
